This week, as part of their DT topic, Year 6 designed recipes and made a starter, main course and dessert. The theme was Greek food, as they have been learning all about Ancient Greece in History. Everyone worked well as a team and behaved sensibly with the kitchen equipment. The end results were tzatziki and pitta breads, a Greek salad and a Greek fruit salad with yoghurt and honey-it was all very delicious!
