I think this book was really good, for an old book it is still really funny. It is about a Professor who likes to invent things and is always forgetting things. He has lots of friends who he tries to help with inventions or invite for tea to show off his machines. He has a housekeeper, Mrs Flittersnoop who has to do lots of things and clear up lots of mess for him. Every chapter is about a different adventure but in every story he loses his glasses and always does something wrong. I think there is a film also so I am going to try and watch it now i have read the book. I would recommend this book.
