Today, I was finally able to welcome all the pupils in Year 4 back to school. It was so lovely to see them all in the flesh instead of over a screen!
It was great to see them all back together as a class and they have clearly all missed their friends.
After a morning of Maths and English, it was time to slow the pace so this afternoon they enjoyed a Yoga session with Link4Life.
As it was International Women’s Day today, we looked at different influential women in history such as Rosa Parks, Queen Elizabeth II and Marie Curie. Each of the children then identified an influential woman in their own lives, drew their portrait and wrote a small paragraph about why that person was so important to them.
A brilliant first day back Year 4! ⭐😊

It was nice to have everyone back in school I missed them although I really enjoyed lockdown school too.
