The book is about a boy who is 11 years old who doesn’t really like his mum and dads passion about dancing, and doesn’t like going to his Granny’s house, but that changes when he finds a tin of jewellery hidden in her kitchen and he follows her to see her almost rob a jewellery shop. When he asks her about it she tells him lots of stories about her being a robber. This makes her so much more fun to be with and they even hatch a plan to steal the crown jewels together. (I really like the way the show the crown jewels like in an Argos catalogue). The book has a sad ending but it is really good to read.
