Year 3 investigate what plants need to be healthy.

Will a plant grow with no water? Can a plant survive with no light? Does the temperature impact on a plants growth? These are all questions Year 3 have been considering this week. We have been planning a range of investigations this week and setting these up to observe over the next few weeks. We carefully thought about how we would set up our investigations and how we would make the tests fair so our results would be reliable.

We have also made some grass heads so we can watch how the seeds sow and then grow into grass. Hopefully we will be able to give our grass heads a haircut soon.
