You may remember that we held a sponsored sports day event where the children could raise money for Springhill Hospice. We raised £1134 for Springhill Hospice so as an extra treat ‘Springy the Frog’ came to visit this morning to say thank you. Well done to everyone!
We recently entered the Heywood Schools Year 5&6 Rounder’s tournament at Newhouse Academy. All the children tried their best and had lots of fun, there was some great teamwork shown. We had a mixture of results, well done Year 5&6.

Today, our School Council members held our assembly to introduce anti bullying week. They talked about the importance of being unique and explained the reasoning behind our odd socks day today.
