This week we have been investigating if the length of our bones affects how well we can do certain things. We wanted to find out if the length of the femur affected the distance of our jump. We made predictions, discussed fair testing and drew conclusions from our experiment.

Today in science we have been investigating friction. The children planned an experiment to test the effect of friction on a toy car. We looked at the importance of a fair test, we made predictions and then we drew conclusions from our results.
This half term in Science we are learning all about forces. Today we went to the local park to explore pushes and pulls in order to make a stationary object move. We also explored how if we increased the push force it could make us go faster or higher.
