On Sunday, Alex, Lucas and Lola represented our school in the Remembrance Sunday parade. We were invited to place a wreath on the cenotaph in honour of those who had fallen. Thank you to the children and Mrs Fielding for representing our school.
Today Year 3 have been learning about the importance of remembrance day and why it happens. We completed our 2 minutes silence as a class and then this afternoon we created some art work around poppies.
Today we dressed in red to celebrate this years comic relief appeal. We have been very excited in Year 3 after finding not one but 2 Golden Tommy noses. The children had fun icing cakes and designing their own red noses.
