We have been exploring our spiritual development in forest school today, creating our clay woodland creatures. The children were very calm and quiet whilst doing this and enjoyed exploring this type of media.
In Forest School, in Year 3, we have created our own shelter using a tarp, rope, pegs and a hammer. The children demonstrated some excellent team work and problem solving skills and enjoyed being creative with their den building. What would your finished shelter look like?
Throughout lower key stage two in Forest School and ECO group, we have been working together to create a bug hotel using old pallets and natural materials. We’re sure the little critters will absolute love their new home! Keep your eyes peeled for new residents.
