Year 2 have loved our Geography unit this term, we have been learning all about Kenya! We have found out about the Maasai Tribe culture and compared how people live in Kenya to how we live in the UK. We have looked at lots of different books that are based in Kenya or Africa and completed some excellent fact-files.
We used globes, atlases and maps to locate Kenya and used the laptops to complete our research..
We really enjoyed making some Maasai Tribe jewellery..

Finally it was time to perform our class assembly- A Visit to Kenya! Year 2 have worked so hard on their performance and most of all, had lots of fun!
