This week in Reception we have been reading Jack and the Beanstalk. We have planted our very own magic beans in jars. We have been learning all about what the beans need to grow and where to keep the jars whilst the beans are growing. Everyday we check on our magic beans to see how much they have grown!

On Wednesday we had Sports Cool Bury come into school to give the children in reception and KS1 a taster session in Tri-golf. The children really enjoyed their session and learning new skills.
In DT, we have been learning about fruit and vegetables and we have designed our own smoothies. Today the children prepared the fruit and vegetables, developing new skills and then made smoothies.
