In Reception we have taken part in a Science experiment, learning all about floating and sinking! We looked at lots of different objects and guessed whether we thought that they were going to float or sink. We have discovered that heavy objects like carrots sink and light objects like rubber ducks float.

On Wednesday we had Sports Cool Bury come into school to give the children in reception and KS1 a taster session in Tri-golf. The children really enjoyed their session and learning new skills.
In DT, we have been learning about fruit and vegetables and we have designed our own smoothies. Today the children prepared the fruit and vegetables, developing new skills and then made smoothies.
