This week in Reception we have been reading the Julia Donaldson classic: Stick Man! We have discussed the different signs of winter and explored the outdoors on a nature hunt. We found lots of sticks to make our very own Stick Man! Using leaves for hair and sticks for the body. We have had so much fun!

On Wednesday we had Sports Cool Bury come into school to give the children in reception and KS1 a taster session in Tri-golf. The children really enjoyed their session and learning new skills.
In DT, we have been learning about fruit and vegetables and we have designed our own smoothies. Today the children prepared the fruit and vegetables, developing new skills and then made smoothies.
