Year 3 join the library

Today Year 3 went to Heywood library to take part in a range of activities and join the library. The children enjoyed looking at the wide selection of books on offer to borrow along with sharing stories, making book marks and completing a scavenger hunt. Most importantly though, they all came away with a buzz about reading. So much so that they were all reading their books on the bus home.
